1. Don't use English
2. Design the life out of it.
L'azienda (the company) under the "interests and cognition" section: this gives a brief history of the company. Talks about it representing the 7th branch of FIAT.
There's a consumer behavior section that talks about how it made millions in profit, and general finances of industry and balance sheets...
Random quote "To satisfy the expectations of the company".
Random quote "the true challenge is to continue selling..."
between "consumer environment" and "consumer behavior", that wheel analyzes the consumer behavior. "who?" "what?" "where?" "when?" "why?" "how?"
That scale measures 4P for product, price, promotion, position. and 4C for consumer, cost, communication, and convenience.
and the crazy pyramid "maslow - hierarchy of needs"
from bottm:
psychological needs like thirst and hunger
guardianship needs like secturiy and protection
social needs like sense of belonging and love
esteem
and realization
HOPE THIS HELPS
