Bernbach, a brave and brilliant man. How have our agency client relationships evolved into the mess they've become. There is a interesting thing here. Agencies talk about being a clients 'partner', and helping them manage the brand, but the way this is written it's clear to me that it's the rules of a vendor relationship. That's interesting to me.
